The Steed Consultancy was established to help chain operators in a wide variety of industries to develop franchising programs.  Their clients have included Ruby’s Diner, Palm Beach Tan, Whiskey Creek Steakhouses, Sbarro’s, Champ’s, BD’s Mongolian Grill, Peter Piper Pizza, McAlister’s Deli, Uno’s Chicago Grill, and TGI Fridays among others.

Prior to forming The Steed Consultancy, Frank amassed 35 years of experience in the restaurant and franchise industries.   He has held executive, leadership positions at several large firms with his last corporate position as President & CEO of Tony Roma’s.

Robin’s specialty is making you look good in print.  Her philosophy is that everything with your company’s name or logo on it, even internal publications such as forms and manuals, says something about your business.  She’ll take your rough drafts, proofread them, and use her layout and design skills to effectively communicate your message and give your materials a professional appearance.

Robin has a BA in advertising from Southern Methodist University, a Digital Design Diploma from the Art Institute, and over ten years of graphic design experience, much of it in the restaurant industry.  She has designed ads, point of purchase materials, gift cards, brochures, fliers, direct mail postcards, comment cards, newsletters, letterhead, business cards, menu inserts, forms (including spreadsheets in MS Excel), and more.  She’ll even proofread your materials.  Once your training or operations department put their Manuals together for your franchisees, Robin can make them look great.

Gary is an experience franchise business executive with nearly 40 years of franchise and company operation experience.  Gary’s deep personal knowledge about success in the restaurant business comes from having performed just about every job. His unique leadership legacy with Metromedia Steakhouses Company, L.P. can be described as “from the dishwasher to the President”.  Gary is a great resource for executive level training and coaching.
